One growing network

Resilience works best when everyone takes part. Resilt connects residents, entrepreneurs and critical organisations in one growing network of Noodhubs, area by area.

Resilt app
Residents, shops and SMEs

With the app you prepare in a few steps for power, water or internet outages. You see what you can arrange right now and stay informed.

Noodhubs
Neighbourhoods and areas

In a Noodhub, residents and entrepreneurs pool knowledge, hardware and collaboration. Every new Noodhub makes the network stronger.

Resilt Console
Critical entities

Designated organisations organise their resilience demonstrably, in line with the WWKE, and join the same network.

Together this creates positive resilience: not driven by fear, but by what people and areas want to protect.

De Resilt-app: je weerbaarheidsoverzicht met de status van water, stroom en internet

Why now?

Power outages, extreme weather, cyberattacks, disrupted supplies: disruptions are becoming more frequent and more erratic. Yet the resilience of households and businesses is often low. Resilt helps you think ahead and organise together what you need to keep living, functioning and connecting.

One method: the Resilience Compass

All of our offering rests on one well-considered method: the Resilience Compass and the underlying ISAFE model (Identify, Scan, Alert, Fortify, Evolve). You map what is critical to you, assess the threats, and take concrete steps to prepare, cope and recover.

Resilience Day

Join Resilience Day

What happens when water, power, card payments, supplies or internet temporarily fail? And how do we make sure households, entrepreneurs and care providers do not each have to improvise on their own? On Friday 12 June, around 40 executives and 150 representatives of governments, drinking water and grid companies, care institutions, knowledge institutions, businesses, SMEs and local retailers, residents' organisations and communities came together at Theater Utrecht for the National Resilience Congress, organised by Resilt. One central question ran through the whole day: how do we organise collective self-reliance before disruption strikes?
