A Noodhub is a place in the neighborhood where residents and businesses organize their resilience together. When power, water or internet fails, it is where you pool outage information, knowledge, hardware and collaboration. The first Resilt Noodhub opened in Utrecht, on the Steenweg.
The fact that the concept is now being picked up more widely shows that resilience at neighborhood and area level is a live topic. We are happy to build on what is already there, together with areas that want to get started.
