Resilience Community of Practice

Resilience Community of Practice

A learning network around the domains

The Resilience Community of Practice is the learning network below the executive layer. Coordinators, domain leads and professionals work here on the practice of resilience: what is genuinely critical in an area, where do the supply chain dependencies sit and which measures actually work?

The community follows the structure of our domain model. Every domain has a lead, every cluster a point of contact.

What we work on

  • Sharpening the critical availabilities and top disruptions per domain
  • Sharing practical examples and working solutions between areas
  • Translating the action agenda from a Resilience Day into workable steps
  • Preparing domain leads for their role at events and in a Noodhub

How the network works

We call on the network based on challenges and opportunities that are live locally. When a concrete question comes up, on drinking water, payments or continuity of care for instance, we bring in the people who can do something about it. That happens quickly and informally: alongside the meetings, the community is organised in a WhatsApp group.

Who takes part

Members come from drinking water and grid companies, care institutions, municipalities and provinces, safety regions, water authorities, knowledge institutions, business associations, SMEs and residents' organisations. They contribute from their own domain and their own area.
