Request data deletion

Would you like your Resilt account and/or your personal data to be deleted? Send an email to privacy@resilt.com. We will process your request as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days.

What happens when you submit a deletion request?

• Your account will be deactivated and then deleted.
• Personal data that we are not legally required to retain (for example for tax or administrative obligations) will be deleted.
• Data that we are legally required to retain (such as invoice details) will be kept only for as long as necessary and will then be deleted or anonymised.

What details do you need?

To verify your identity, we ask you for:

• The email address you registered with at Resilt
• A short description of your request (for example: “Delete my entire account”)
