Demonstrably resilient as a critical entity
The WWKE is the Dutch implementation of the European CER Directive. Critical organisations must organise their resilience demonstrably: carry out a risk assessment, take appropriate measures and report incidents on time. The Resilt Console helps you fulfil and demonstrate that duty of care.
What the WWKE asks of you
The WWKE requires designated critical entities to organise their resilience demonstrably. The core consists of three obligations.
Risk assessment
Map which risks threaten your continuity and how vulnerable your services and locations are.
Appropriate measures
Take technical and organisational measures that match the risks, and keep them up to date.
Report incidents on time
Report disruptive incidents to the competent authority on time, with the right information.
The WWKE applies to designated entities in vital sectors. Suppliers that have not yet been formally designated are also increasingly preparing for it.
