A Noodhub is an emergency support point in the neighbourhood: a place where active residents and entrepreneurs organise their resilience together. Together, the hubs form a growing, area-based network for positive resilience, in collaboration with the Huis van Actief Burgerschap.
When power, water, card payments or internet fail, or during a crisis, you get further together than alone. In a Noodhub you pool outage information, knowledge, hardware and cooperation at neighbourhood level: build up a stock, make a Plan B, reserve a backup and help each other.

We do not start from threats, but from what you hold dear: the people, places and services you want to protect. Sustainable development, in line with the Sustainable Development Goals, is the guiding principle.
A growing network
The first Resilt Noodhub opened in Utrecht, on the Steenweg. Together with the Huis van Actief Burgerschap and partners from healthcare, government, infrastructure, knowledge and entrepreneurship, we are expanding the network step by step. A Noodhub does not have to be a new location: we are happy to build on places that already exist.
